| Vibrant red in colour and a fine white head. The beer has a full raspberry fruit nose, a balance of sweet and sour fruit on the palate and a wildly refreshing zesty finish.
The beer is brewed with malted barley and malted wheat, and is fermented with a rare warmth loving yeast. The secondary fermentation of the sugars in the raspberries that are added to the beer promote a shrill acidity on the palate giving the beer a refreshing tang that makes it an ideal cleansing digestif.
Raspberry Beer is good with chocolate based sweets, fresh fruits, soft cheeses or with spiced curries; whilst the fruit means this beer actually gets better with age.

| Porter offers light roast malt on the nose and on the tongue a sweetish caramel gives way to a mouthful of smokey, dry maltiness, and an astringency on the finish that comes entirely from the brown, black and chocolate malts, rather than hops. Voted World's Best Porter at the World beer awards in London, 2009.

| Described on the bottle as an authentic IPA. quite hoppy, very bitter and strong stuff. It's great to taste as an experiment.
